It’s party time this Tuesday evening with Burnaby(IFD)’s House band, the Pirates, who are with us playing music for the dances we all enjoy! Please bring a snack to share with everyone. We meet Charles Rummel Centre in Burnaby from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Doors open at 6:45 to get ready for the warm-up dances starting at 7:00. Drop-in is $7. First time is FREE. No partner or costume required. Everyone is welcome!
It’s party time with Burnaby(IFD)’s Wednesday Zoom group. We have a fun program to share with you all with many of your request dances. Everyone is welcome, so come join us for our lovely monthly party with all dances led by one of our dance leaders. We are open to all who are interested in joining us! Weekly dance sessions from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (Pacific Time). Chat time is a 12:45 pm. Please feel free to stay logged in after the dance program for our friendly meet and greet social time.

The eleventh Lyrids Folk Dance Festival, sponsored by Burnaby International Folk Dancers, will happen May 9-11, 2025 at Pitt Meadows Heritage Hall an hour drive east of Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our guest artists are Željko Jergan presenting Croatian dances, and Dimitrios Kontogiannis presenting Greek dances. Zakuska from Seattle, WA will be the Saturday evening party band.
