Come dance with us on Tuesday evenings at Charles Rummel Centre in Burnaby from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Doors open at 6:45 to get ready for the warm-up dances starting at 7:00. Drop-in is $7. First time is FREE. No partner or costume required.
Come join us for this FREE weekly Balkan and International folk dance Wednesday Zoom group. We are open to all who are interested in joining us! Weekly dance sessions from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (Pacific Time). Chat time is a 12:45 pm. Our monthly parties are the last Wednesday of every month from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (Pacific Time). All party dances are led by one of our team members and there is no teaching. Please feel free to stay logged in after the dance program for our friendly meet and greet social time.

The eleventh Lyrids Folk Dance Festival, sponsored by Burnaby International Folk Dancers, will happen May 9-11, 2025 at Pitt Meadows Heritage Hall an hour drive east of Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our guest artists are Željko Jergan presenting Croatian dances, and Dimitrios Kontogiannis presenting Greek dances. Zakuska from Seattle, WA will be the Saturday evening party band.
